Key responsibilities Enters and maintains healthcare claim information, ensuring completeness and accuracy before advancing claims through the Bill Review process Validates entered data against source documents and performs quality checks to identify and correct errors Researches discrepancies and contacts healthcare providers to obtain missing documentation necessary for claim intake Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of data entry or claims-processing experience required Strong data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications Ability to handle confidential healthcare information and maintain compliance with HIPAA
