AEG Worldwide is seeking a Graphic and Motion Designer to help shape how LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park show up across print, digital, and multimedia. This onsite role in Carson, CA blends graphic design (about 70%) with motion design (about 30%) , supporting digital, social, and video teams with static and animated creative built for matchday speed and brand consistency. In this position, you will conceptualize, design, animate, and adapt assets for a wide range of environments including stadium videoboards, web and social channels, and campaign materials. You will also serve as a key partner to Dignity Health Sports Park by acting as a daily point of contact for their graphic design requests. Role focus Design and animate assets that support brand relevance for LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park Create both static and motion deliverables for digital, social media, and video use Translate campaign systems into motion graphics while maintaining visual and brand consistency across screens and formats Support matchday operations with fast-turnaround graphics for home and away games Responsibilities Collaborate on and design logos, digital and social graphics, stadium videoboard graphics, print ads, out of home ads, retail merchandise, and related marketing materials aligned with strategy set by the Head of Creative and Brand Animate and adapt existing brand assets into motion graphics for social media, videoboard, LED, and broadcast uses, including title cards, lower thirds, transitions, logo stings, sponsor animations, and short-form animated storytelling Serve as the daily point of contact for Dignity Health Sports Park graphic design needs by working directly with Dignity Health Sports Park employees and project managing and designing requested graphics Execute game day digital strategy for home and away matches by designing in-game static and animated graphics for web, social media, and videoboard Collaborate with Creative and Brand leaders on methods to increase fan engagement and brand awareness across digital platforms Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and animation templates to enable rapid turnaround during matchdays and campaign launches Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management and supervisors Requirements BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field 2-4 years related work experience Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion design work across digital, print, and video platforms Advance proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro , including keyframing, basic 2D animation, and exporting to platform and videoboard specifications Strong knowledge of print, web, and social media best practices Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative design solutions and contribute ideas for fan engagement and brand storytelling Collaborative, professional, accountable, and dependable Flexible and able to adapt to different environments and situations Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by professional sports Knowledge of soccer, Major League Soccer (MLS), and the Los Angeles sports market is a plus Professional sports, entertainment, agency, or live event experience preferred Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred Technologies Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro Cinema 4D, Blender Compensation and benefits Salary: USD 72,000 - 75,000 per year Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid holidays Vacation and sick time Company paid basic life insurance Voluntary life insurance Parental leave 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3% ) Flexible spending and health savings account options Wellness offerings Bonus eligibility under the current bonus plan requirements Location: Carson, CA (onsite) Experience level: 2 years minimum #J-18808-Ljbffr
