Benjamin Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced, polished Host/Hostess to join our New York City team.
\n \nThis is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant serving a discerning, high-profile clientele. The ideal candidate must deliver exceptional hospitality both in person and over the phone while remaining professional, organized, and composed during busy service.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
\n• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently
\n• Answer calls with excellent phone etiquette and hospitality
\n• Coordinate table flow with management and the front-of-house team
\n• Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
\n \nQUALIFICATIONS
\n• Previous host/hostess experience in fine dining, upscale, or high-volume restaurants preferred
\n• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
\n• Excellent in-person and phone communication
\n• Polished, professional, and confident demeanor
\n• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n• Strong organization and attention to detail
\n• NYC restaurant experience preferred
