What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Deliver high-impact nutrition and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions
\n
• Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs for each client
\n
• Own client outcomes and long-term retention — weight management, chronic disease support, behavior change
\n
• Build coach–client relationships through consistent touchpoints, including messaging and async video
\n
• For W2: work with our corporate team to mentor new RDs and support our community
\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration
\n
• 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience
\n
• CPT certification, or willingness to obtain one within your first 3 months (we help pay for it)
\n
• Strong emotional intelligence and a track record of engaging and retaining clients
\n
• Genuine interest in integrating fitness and exercise into comprehensive care
\n
• US-based, work from home
\n
• Able to commit to a minimum of 20 client-facing hours/week once ramped (coaches making Kickoff their primary role are preferred)

Nice to Haves

\n

\n
• Current or previous CPT certification or equivalent experience
\n
• Telehealth, digital health, or startup experience
\n
• Specialty experience: sports nutrition, fertility, PCOS, or metabolic health
\n

• Compensation: $94,000–$140,000/year for full-time RDs after ramp; part-time proportional
\n
• Benefits: Employer-subsidized health insurance (W-2-eligible coaches), PTO; flexible schedule
\n
• Minimum Commitment: 15 client-facing hours/week once ramped (20+ to qualify for W-2)
\n
• Required Licensure: Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration
\n
• Required Credential: CPT — sponsored by Kickoff; must be obtained within first 3 months if not already held
